This is a legitimate question. Yes, when a couple has engaged our consulting services and followed through on all the plans we make in the beginning, 100% of them have been successful in obtaining the US immigration benefit they engaged our services to help achieve. This is possible because of the in depth, one on one initial assessment we make by phone, before offering services. We do from time to time, find ourselves declining to take a case, because we have too low a confidence level they will succeed, even with our services.
Another legitimate question might be, “Has anybody hired you and not obtained the immigration benefit sought?” The answer to that question is also yes. A few, consulting clients have decided to end their relationships prior to concluding the process. A few more have decided to marry abroad and abandon their fiancé visa process, in favor of a spouse visa process, where, with our help, they were ultimately successful.
The rare exceptions, have been two, yes only two cases where the couple decided not to follow through with having the agreed upon second extended visit that was a critical part of the plan they agreed with us to follow, whose visa processes were unsuccessful. There was one client who lied about his current medical status, and was actually a bigamist, still married to the first spouse he brought to the USA successfully some years prior. USCIS put two and two together and the petition was denied. We don’t count those three cases against our success record, because we base it on cases where “A couple has engaged our consulting services and followed through on all the plans we make in the beginning.”
Also not counted in our advertised percentage of successful cases are those where Platinum’s services are engaged only after the couple’s initial attempt has failed. We have been successful in turning around many of these cases, (One is on our testimonials page.) but some, simply have legitimate issues, regarding one or more of the individuals involved (usually the US Citizen) was unaware of. For example, our services were engaged for a case from China, where there were errors in the affidavit of support and some fairly legitimate relationship evidence that was left out.
This was initially a soft denial, where they had the opportunity to submit a corrected affidavit and additional evidence. We helped them with that but the medical exam had an unknown issue, holding up its finalization, that the Chinese woman would not disclose. In the end, it turned out she has Syphilis, and her husband did not. This doomed the process, as the Consulate, would never believe the relationship was genuine, under those undeniable circumstances.
So, to be clear, when our services are engaged to manage a US immigration process, and the plans we make and manage are followed from beginning to end (initial assessment to immigration interview) , our clients have been 100% successful in obtaining the US immigration benefit sought.
